This process went about as smooth as possible. WW turned my bad situation into a hassle free experience. I am definitely the annoying perfectionist guy when it comes to home repair. If I am paying for it, it should be done right. This process was about as perfect as you could get. The estimate process, building permits, scheduling the install and the actual install were seamless. Even with the challenges Mother Nature imposed, prompt and convenient rescheduling coupled with active communication yielded a very happy customer. I appreciate the hard work and efficiency demonstrated at all phases. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently used Window World to convert my sun porch from cheap storm windows to high-quality, fully-insulated sliding windows. The process was professional and friendly from start to finish, and I am very pleased with the end result. Window World also had the most competitive pricing of the 3 different companies I contacted for estimates. I don't know yet how the windows will hold up over time, but an excellent warranty is included for an extra layer of comfort. Regardless, as of today, I am fully satisfied with the windows and would highly recommend using Window World. I will definitely be using them myself for any future window jobs.

The product is good quality, reasonably priced and professionally installed in our case in one day. The sales associate Bill was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Payment options were offered as small down payment at the showroom followed by financing the balance through Wells Fargo instead of paying amount in full. Credit check was done during filling paperwork with no hassle. Abby followed up with courtesy phone calls before, during and after the installation. My wife and I are satisfied and would consider Window World again for future projects.
